This platform is currently in Beta (version 0.1). Features, data, scoring models, and outputs are under active development and are subject to change without notice. Samantar LLC makes no representations that the platform is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose during this Beta period.

3. Informational Use Only — Not Professional Advice

All content, scores, salary projections, ROI estimates, cost estimates, career pathway analysis, and comparisons on this platform are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, career, legal, educational, investment, or professional advice of any kind. Data displayed on this platform is sourced from U.S. government and public datasets, including:

• Texas state workforce and education data
• U.S. Census Bureau data

Samantar LLC does not independently verify, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data. These sources may contain errors, omissions, or information that is subject to revision. Samantar's scoring models and projections introduce additional statistical estimates that may deviate from source data.

5. Texas Scope

This platform currently models Texas universities and Texas-relevant labor market data only. Salary figures, cost data, and career pathway information reflect Texas market conditions and may not be applicable to institutions, employers, or labor markets outside Texas.

6. Salary Projections and Financial Estimates

All salary projections, 20-year trajectory models, ROI estimates, and break-even calculations are statistical estimates based on historical data. They are not guarantees or predictions of future individual earnings. Actual individual outcomes will vary materially based on employer, geographic location, experience, performance, economic conditions, and many other factors outside Samantar's model.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAMANTAR LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND arising from or related to your use of or inability to use this platform, or your reliance on any information, data, projections, or estimates obtained through this platform, including but not limited to damages related to education decisions, career decisions, financial decisions, or loss of income.

Samantar™ is a trademark of Samantar LLC. The platform's design, user interface, scoring methodology, algorithms, and proprietary code are the intellectual property of Samantar LLC. Underlying government data sources remain in the public domain per their respective terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Samantar's proprietary content without express written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use this platform to: (a) scrape or harvest data in bulk without permission; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer scoring models or algorithms; (c) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or (d) interfere with the platform's operation or security.

11. Third-Party Links

This platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Samantar LLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

12. Changes to Terms

Samantar LLC may update these Terms at any time. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
